Arcai.com NetCut is an app that lets you block Internet access to other users on your WiFi network. The way it works is simple: you'll see a complete list with all the devices connected to the WiFi network you're currently connected to and all you have to do is select any device to block it from accessing the Internet. To use Arcai.com NetCut your device needs to be 'rooted.' If it's not, then you can't use all of the app's features.
Arcai.com NetCut can be especially useful if you suspect someone is using your WiFi without permission. In just a few seconds, you can block the access of any device. You can even see an intuitive graph with the percentage of the connection that each user is accessing. Plus, you can rename any connection, so you can clearly see which is which (so you don't accidentally block the connection to the wrong device).
